Guided Relaxation

ExploringU Counselling now offers Guided Relaxation sessions

This is available at our centre for wellbeing in Sudbury, and at our practice in Castle Hedingham. See addresses here.

The Guided Relaxation sessions are 45 minutes long and cost £10.

Guided Relaxation is a brilliant way to help calm the mind and body and is regularly used alongside therapy. It can be used to help many mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety. Or it can be used just as a time and place to switch off and relax. Taking time to relax is very important for our emotional wellbeing. Some of the practices in the sessions you can take away and use at home in your own time.

Our sessions are guided under the  close supervision of  Qualified Therapist Sharon Kendall, who has a lovely calm manner and approach.
