Your therapy experience with exploring U counselling is always completely confidential and we will be more than happy to explore this in more depth with you at the time of the initial consultation.

It is important that the space you are receiving your counselling from is peaceful, quiet and not overheard by others, this is also a major factor in protecting client confidentialty.
