As a registered HCPC social worker Deborah is able to deliver a high quality service to children, families and young people while working in partnership with voluntary, statutory and third sector organisations. Deborah is  familiar with the legislative framework for children and adults, the Professional Capabilities Framework (PCF) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) standard of proficiency.

Deborah has the ability to undertake child protection enquiries, parenting assessments, children and young people plans, child and family assessments, s.37 reports, risk assessments, signposting, referrals and put strategies in place to safeguard and protect the interest of my service users. As well as experience of working in a court team with children in care, children and young people in need and children subject to court proceedings. Deborah  also has experience of supporting young people moving from care to independent living, women at risk of offending and women in the criminal justice system, youth offending and adults with disabilities.
